The conceptual PinHouse Project has been designed by Vaidas Byla as a series of floating modules that would provide guests with the ability to live comfortably in oceanic environments. The facility is powered by renewable energy sources like solar energy in order to support its off-the-grid form. Guests would be able to stay for seven to 14 days, which would enable them to explore the underwater environment around them at their leisure.

The conceptual PinHouse Project highlights both above-ground and underwater sections in order to let guests enjoy the benefits of both areas. The project is imagined in a lagoon or bay area in subtropical destinations like Bora Bora or the Maldives.
