ArtScoops has announced a new online exhibition, showcasing a rich variety of works by leading contemporary Syrian artists starting today, Tuesday 3rd August and running until 31st August.
 
The exhibition will feature a wide range of works, from figurative sculptures to calligraphy on hand-made paper and historical scenes, along with sensual paintings and activist pieces in oil, acrylic and canvas.
 
The works incorporate artists' feelings about the conflict in Syria and the experiences of living in or leaving the war-torn country.
 
The artists are: Anas Homsi, Abdullah Murad, Yamen Yousef, Mohammad Imad Mahouk, Youssef Abdelke, Fadi Yazigi, Tarek Butayhi, Boutros Al Maari, Nizar Sabour, Ghylan Safadi, Carolin Semerjian, Azza Abo Rebieh, Kevork Mourad, Elias Ayoub, Ala’ Hamameh, Rabee Kiwan, and Ismail Helou.
