The Rock series is an immediate invitation for the observer to experience the surrounding on Mount Sannine top where the horizontal lines set the limits of the jig saw like hill tops represented here in colored blocks and the vertical cuts that momentarily freezes time and the passing seasons.

 

As for the Landscape series the artist viewed many painted scenes from a bird’s eye. A succession of straight lines and curves divide the space in a mosaic of colors and shades. Missak added some well-known landmarks to some of his works, Missak guides the spectator to the many places that he may or may not know.
