Target's new Designer Dress Collection features 70 styles of dresses in sizes ranging from XXS to 3X. The collection features designs by Cushnie (Carly Cushnie’s ready-to-wear brand), Lisa Marie Fernandez, and more. There's also a selection of breezy prairie-style dresses from the hit Instagram brand LoveShackFancy. But perhaps the best thing about the new lineup is that all the dresses are priced under $60.
