The Venice Film Festival kicked off today, Wednesday, with the return of Hollywood stars, who missed the opportunity to participate last year due to the Covid-19 pandemic, at a time when the film sector is looking forward to emerging from a crisis caused by the health emergency.
The festival organizers hope that the strict preventive measures will contribute to the success of its 11-day activities without hassles.
A wall was added to obscure the red carpet from the crowds that gathered in the hope of obtaining a signature from movie stars in front of the main festival headquarters, and the participants and attendees were obligated to possess a health pass card or submit a negative examination that proves that they are free from the Corona virus.
