Emirati menswear brand, Al Qassimi, is reissuing its signature 'Don't Shoot' T-shirt in a charitable effort to raise money for Lebanon through the humanitarian organization Save the Kids International.

During August and September, the brand pledged to donate all proceeds from online T-shirt sales to the charitable organization.

The Don't Shoot T-shirt is a near-replica of a shirt originally worn by journalists in Lebanon during the 1982 war.

The journalists were provided with a white T-shirt that read "Do not shoot" in English, French and Arabic in bright red lettering to facilitate identification and protection of the journalists.

This is not the first time that the shirt has been used to raise funds for the Lebanese cause. In the wake of the deadly harbor explosion in Beirut on August 4, 2020, the Emirati brand pledged that all proceeds from this item would go to the Lebanese Red Cross.
