'The best way to wear an undercut is really down to personal style,' says John Frieda Creative Director, Leigh Keates.
 
If you're blessed with a gloriously thick head of hair then undercuts have a practical application as well. 'It’s a great way of removing some of the bulk in very thick hair,' explains Keates. 'To keep an undercut looking clean, you will need to have it shaved regularly however, your daily routine could free up as it makes drying and styling far easier and quicker.'
