After the sun has set, guests will be invited to break fast together with dates, water, juices, laban, fruits and lentil soup. This is followed by a lavish dinner featuring a host of Mediterranean and Arabic inspired fusion dishes, blended to evoke delicious flavour combinations.
Starters include ‘Chicken Shawarma in a crispy cone with avocado emulsion’, ‘Roasted Moutabal, Roasted Red Capsicum Hummus and Arabic bread, and ‘Pulled Lamb shoulder & Raz el Hannout with Oriental condiments’.
Main courses feature the mouth-watering BBQ delights including ‘Roasted Farm Chicken thigh & Peri-Peri, ‘Black Angus Strip Loin on the grill, fresh pesto’, ‘Lamb Chop Marinated in sweet spices’ and ‘Roasted Cauliflower and Tahini dressing’.
The sharing concept allows guests to indulge on all the menu has to offer, including the decadent dessert trio of ‘roasted golden apple, orange blossom mascarpone, toffee topping’,
