In his new exhibition, which was held on December 7, 8, and 9 at Arthaus Gemmayze, the Lebanese sculptor Bassam Kirollos presented his latest creations, where he always adds a touch of hope.
 
Bassam Kyrillos, a Lebanese sculptor born in 1971, is best known for his monumental works. He obtained a BA in Fine Arts from Damascus University and a PhD in Art History from the Sorbonne University.
He participated in many exhibitions around the world, especially in Europe, the Middle East, China and the United States.
 
Cyril creates sculptures for an alternative city, a place that testifies to its history and renews itself at the same time. These structures bear signs of war and also explode with organic potential, in search of survival strategies essential to the continuation of life.
