After 17 years of "setbacks", the construction of the tallest residential building in Europe was completed in Benidorm on the Spanish coast, "Intempo", which is 187 meters high.

The skyscraper features twin towers, and was fitted with the fastest elevator in Spain, rising at a speed of 4.2 meters per second, and can reach the top floor in 52 seconds.

Competing with the surrounding buildings, Entempo consists of 47 floors, while the surrounding buildings do not exceed 25 floors.

The two parallel towers are connected at the top by a diamond-shaped structure, and the price of a "penthouse" apartment (the highest and most luxurious) is about 2 million euros ($2.4 million), while the prices of ordinary apartments in the skyscraper start at 257,000 euros ($300,000).

Out of 256 apartments in Entempo have already been sold, about 60 percent to Spaniards and the rest to Russians, Scandinavians, Germans and Belgians.
