The world's first "Sky Pool" suspended between two skyscrapers in the English capital London will open in mid-May.

The glass pool, which is 25 meters in length, which is part of the lavish Embassy Gardens project in Nine Elms, London, will allow for swimming 115 feet above the ground. And those who swim in it will be able to see the most famous landmarks of London, headed by the US Embassy.

The pool, which was brought from Colorado, USA, will be 3.3 meters deep and incorporate five different lighting modes that add a "sense of magic." It will open on May 19 with a live broadcast by TV presenter Roman Kemp, with a presentation by Simultaneous Swimming Team Aquabatix.
